Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, group therapy, and diagnostic evaluation. Experience with clinical research and working with children is highly desirable.
Duties:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Provide crisis intervention and management for clients in need
- Perform diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs
- Engage in clinical research to contribute to the advancement of social work practices
- Work closely with children and families to address their unique needs
- Implement coding and documentation practices to maintain accurate client records
Skills:
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong background in therapy methods and crisis intervention strategies
- Experience with group therapy facilitation
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations for mental health assessments
- Familiarity with clinical research methodologies
- Prior experience working with children and families
